What you get

You upload an Excel or CSV file. You get a free report and a preview of the first 10 rows of the cleaned file, at no cost.

The service accepts files up to 4 MB, 20,000 rows and 100 columns.

If your file has nothing to fix, you have nothing to pay.

To get the full cleaned file, in Excel (with 3 tabs: cleaned data, change log, removed rows) and in CSV, you pay once.

After payment, you can download the paid file again for 30 days. A refunded or disputed payment blocks the download.

How the service works

Most fixes follow fixed rules, written ahead of time. If the site uses a deeper check with AI, the page says so.

Check the change log before relying on the result. Your original file is never changed.

The deeper check with AI

The service uses Anthropic's Claude API, in the United States, to find likely duplicates, fix obvious typos and explain problems in plain words. Our privacy policy explains what is sent.

AI results are suggestions, checked by our rules before use. Likely duplicates are applied only if you turn on the "likely duplicates" switch, which is off by default. Every change is marked in the change log ("Suggested by AI, checked by our rules").

We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are accurate. Review the result before you use it. If the AI does not answer in time, we use only our fixed rules and tell you so.

Price and payment

The price is CA$9.99, US$9.99 or €9.99, depending on your country, per file. One payment, no subscription. The exact currency and amount are shown before payment.

Applicable taxes are added at the time of payment.

Payment is handled by Stripe. No account is needed to use the service.

Forbidden uses

These uses are not allowed:

• Uploading a file you have no right to use.
• Uploading illegal content.
• Trying to break or overload the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

This limit does not apply where the Quebec Consumer Protection Act forbids it.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Quebec. The courts of the district of Montreal have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do.
