You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your payment, no justification needed.
How to ask for a refund
Write to bonjour@samrostudios.com within 30 days of your payment.
Include your Stripe receipt, or the email you used at payment and the payment date.
No justification is needed.
How the refund is paid
The refund goes back to your original payment method, through Stripe.
Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your account.
Before you ask for a refund
If your file had nothing to fix, you had nothing to pay. Payment is only asked when you download the full cleaned file.
If the row count check fails, nothing is charged.
After payment, you can download the file again for 30 days. After a refund, the download is blocked.
A question about your payment
Disputing the charge with your bank is not needed. Writing to us at bonjour@samrostudios.com is faster.
